With a combined 60 years assisting leaders with the development of human resources infrastructure needed for long term business success, our team is highly qualified and exceedingly passionate about what we do.

John Cascone:

Dr. John Cascone has served as Senior Strategic Human Resource Consultant at Flex HR since 2005. During his tenure he served as HR consultant to numerous CEOs and Presidents of small and medium size companies in the U.S. and abroad. His primary areas of specialization include Executive and Management Development, Negotiation and Strategic Planning, Capacity-Building and Corporate Compliance. Prior to his engagement with Flex HR, Dr. Cascone served as Executive Vice President for Affiliated Computer Services, a $6 billion public company and leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide.

Dr. Cascone has also held faculty appointments to the Graduate Schools at Emory University, The University of Georgia, and Georgia State University. Dr. Cascone’s international experience includes serving as a consultant to the Carter Center, The UAE Ministry of Education, in Dubai, and the Apollo Hospital System, Mumbai, India. Dr. Cascone also serves on several Boards including the Commission on STEM and STEAM Accreditation, a non-profit corporation which he co-foundered. Dr. Cascone received his doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Policy and International Studies, his master’s degree from Fordham University and his bachelor’s degree from Spring Hill College.
